Launch Internet Mail and News. Click on "Preferences".

Click on the arrow in front of "Mail & News".

Click on
"E-mail".
Next to "Real
Name", type in the name you would like recipients to see.
Next to
"E-mail Address", put your e-mail name, taken from your contract
agreement followed by @fastbytes.com - Remember to use lower case characters.
In the area next
to "Organization" you would put your company name if you have one.
Next to "SMTP
Host", type: mail.fastbytes.com
Next to
"Account ID" type in your e-mail name, taken from your contract
agreement.
Next to "POP
Host" type: mail.fastbytes.com
Then next to
"Password", type in your password, taken from your contract agreement.

Click on "News".
Next to "NNTP Host" type in: news.fastbytes.com

Then click "OK" and you're ready to send and receive email.
Configuring E-mail for Macintosh
Internet Explorer 4.x/Outlook Express
Launch Outlook Express.

If this is the
first time you use Outlook Express, you may see a window that prompts you to
name a new e-mail account.
Type in a friendly
name, such as your first name and select "POP" under Account type.
Then click "OK"
If this window
does not pop up, click on "Edit" and select "Preferences".

Click on the triangle in front of "Accounts", then select
"E-mail".
Next to "Full
Name" type in your real name or the name you would like recipients to see.
Next to
"E-mail Address" enter your e-mail name taken from the subscription
agreement followed by: @fastbytes.com - remember to use all lower
case characters.
You would fill in
the area next to "Organization" with your company name if you have
one.
Next to "SMTP
Server" enter: mail.fastbytes.com
Next to
"Account ID" type in your e-mail name taken from your contract
agreement.
Next to "POP
Server" enter: mail.fastbytes.com
Select "Save
Password" and enter your "Password" using all lower case
characters.
Name this e-mail
account by typing in a friendly name at the bottom next to "Account
Name" such as your first name.
Click
"OK" and you're ready to send and receive e-mail.
